Customer service representative (from 11000lei + 750 lei taxi)

We are a leading Canadian moving company. We provide residential and commercial relocation services. Our office in Chisinau is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and goal-oriented Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Our Requirements:
- Fluent English (oral and written);
- Previous work experience abroad (will be considered advantage);
- Excellent business communication and problem-solving skills;
- Possess Strong customer service skills (attentiveness, tenacity, patience, positive language, etc)
- Strong sales skills (presentation and persuasive abilities, etc)
- Ability to work evening-night shifts
- Commitment to long-term employment
- Commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and growth

Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively present companies' services over the phone and by email
- Effectively sell over the phone
- Tie daily activities to quota achievement
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Complete various other tasks (research, reports, etc)

- Competitive salary of 11000 LEI + 750 LEI taxi;
- Probation period: 1 to 3 months at 8500 lei + 750 lei taxi;
