A US company with Operational Head Quarters in Sofia Bulgaria is opening an office in Chisinau and recruiting for the following position:
Support Agent
Responsibilities:
Interaction with clients
Document and report issues on a technical and business level
Ensure that issues are quickly identified and effectively resolved
Perform administrative task to maintain and update internal reporting and/or procedures through internal tools
Requirements:
Background in the travel/hotel industry preferred;
Proficiency in English;
Next to English each Support Manager should talk one of the following languages at proficiency level: Spanish, German, French, Italian;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Ability to understand both technical and business aspects of travel/hotel products.
