RESPONSABILITIES:
Responsible for the overall office environment.
Primary accounting skills.
Booking travel, hotel accommodation and organizing meetings and events as required..
Responsible for all office logistics, including materials and equipment (fax, printers, photo-copier, telephones, stationary)
Fielding paper, electronic and telephone queries on behalf of FASMA
Collecting, recording and paying office bills as directed.
Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Drafting a wide range of communication such as notes and letters, and producing report documentation as required.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to other departments.
