Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysis of traffic
- Analysis, answer and resolve trouble tickets(TT)
- Price analysis of routes
- Semi-auto testing route
- Technical set up and adjustment by task
- Any other technical/maintenance tasks to be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- technical/noc support experience is recommended
- supportive and customer care orientation
- verbal and written communication skills
- communication english level
