Logistics Gateway is a modern technological organization that uses information technology to connect customers and businesses in the logistics industry.
Our company is looking for a Manager Assistant to join our team.
Proficiency in English, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a high school certificate or equivalent are essential;
- As a Manager Assistant you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks related to customer service, logistics, and emergency circumstances;
- You will communicate with supervisors and other employees to resolve client issues, answer incoming and outgoing calls, and schedule appointments;
- You will process data into company IT systems, track deliveries, and manage daily operations;
- Your job demands you to stay calm and effective under pressure and in emergency situations;
- You must be able to communicate effectively and manage several duties at the same time;
- You will interact with a range of software applications;
- Other duties as allocated based on company requirements.
