We are looking for an awesome Technical Account Manager to join our young and vibrant AI Startup company.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Create a demo presentation for the customer
• Communicate and iterate the project with the customer until the project launch
• Implement customer-specific requirements on GoParrot platform
Experience
• Customer support experience (huuuge advantage)
• Comfortable using computer, Microsoft Office (focus on Word/Excel), and databases
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English language skills (verbal and written)
• Higher education in IT (not mandatory, but would be lovely)
No strings attached
• Mongo DB, HTML, CSS - basics, Developer's Console basics, ticketing system: Freshdesk.

• ability to manage multiple projects or deployments simultaneously

• open for afternoon shifts 2 PM -10 PM
