• Parcel Locker Post Terminal App React Native · iOS & Android · Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
• React Native app for Nova Poshta's expansion into self-service parcel pickup through smart post terminals (lockers) in Moldova. Joined an existing, unreleased in-development app to add new features and refine the UI design.
• Designed and implemented the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication layer between the app and the post-terminal hardware (motherboards exposing a Bluetooth interface) ― a rare pairing of React Native with low-level hardware integration.
• Built the end-to-end parcel-pickup flow: validates the user and parcel via API requests, commands the correct locker door to open over BLE, then confirms pickup to close out the delivery.
• Surfaced a hardware defect while testing against a physical terminal motherboard and filed a detailed reproduction report; the hardware team confirmed it and redesigned the board, after which reliable app-to-terminal BLE communication was integrated on the revised (v2) hardware.
• Added in-app parcel tracking and push notifications to keep users informed of parcel status changes.
• Took the app from in-development to launch - shipped it to both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
