Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Assistant, located in Chişinău. The Travel Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, managing business travel itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires clear and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless travel management. Attention to detail and efficient organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and resolve inquiries.
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Understanding of processes related to Business Travel to meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant travel management tools and software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
• Fluency in English, along with knowledge of additional languages, is a plus.
