Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Travel Agents who have previous airline and travel agency experience. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident working with flight itineraries, premium cabins, and international travel requests.

All leads are warm inquiries submitted through our website, meaning you will speak only with customers who are actively looking for travel assistance.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have submitted travel requests through our website
• Research and build the best flight options based on client preferences
• Provide professional consultation regarding airlines, routes, schedules, and cabin classes
• Use GDS systems and industry tools to identify optimal travel solutions
• Convert inquiries into bookings and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Work with premium and business-class travel requests for U.S. clients

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant
• Experience working with GDS systems (Sabre preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international air travel and airline products
• Confident communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
• Ability to work evening/night shifts
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close bookings
