Technical Support Team Leader (V-Continental)

- Excellent English capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of Windows operatig system
- Good troubleshooting skills to diagnose a problem, and work towards a resolution
- Ability to do presentations
- Ability to manage support team and define proper procedures
- At least 6 years experience supporting international customers / B2B
- 4+ years experience managing team of 6+ people
- Experience in supporting complex software products
- Technical support for customers / potential customers
- Troubleshooting customers / potential customers issues
- Helping sales present the products and answer technical Issues
- Managing the international support team
- Define working procedures
