What you’ll do:
- Communicate with customers (e.g., by email, via ticket system)
- Use available resources (technical documentation, manuals, wikis, etc.) to investigate problems
- Support onboarding process for new clients
- Live monitoring
- Testing client capabilities
- Issues triage facilitator, prioritize and escalate issues to the development team
- Contribute to improving internal documentation and procedures
What you need:
- Technical background (scripting, knowledge http protocols, knowledge of an OOP language)
- Previous experience in a Technical Support role
- Excellent written communication in English
- High communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- The ability to prioritize, be organized and meet deadlines
- To be a great teammate and feel comfortable interacting with diverse specialists
