Petrom-Moldova S.R.L. is looking for a full time position of Team Leader Marketing MD. The position is direct reporting to the General/Retail Manager. The main purpose of the position is developing and implementing all Marketing activities within the country based on a yearly Marketing plan. This includes the selection of topics to be communicated as well the development of advertising.
Main responsibilities:
- Development of local marketing plan based on inputs from sales and retail management: Collect input from local NOB Product Management and Retail Manager for planned activities, evaluate and prioritize according to consumers relevance, probability of increasing fuels sales;
- Implement local online communication (content management and execution): Set up and manage local media offering; Maintain customer oriented website; Monitor rollout of POS material and do checks on consistent placements; Monitor rollout of POS material and do checks on consistent placements;Monitor effect and efficiency of investments.
- Continuously give input to improve products/product assortment and services offered at FS: Consolidate gained information from customer interaction and social media feedback; Provide input to NOB manager on product and service offers and suggest improvements; Assign market research institutes for customer survey studies aligned with consumer insight department in HQ.
- Produce and source local POS materials in accordance with international and local marketing plans. Monitor rollout of material and do checks on consistent placement.
- Support Retail Manager/Managing Director in aligning local external communication.Send out press release/organize press conference.lanning, holding, assessment and announcement of the market analysis and of the clients’ satisfaction;Assignment, communications and management of the (local) advertising agencies and other necessary external partners within the framework of the existing regulations and budget limits; Plans advertising, purchasing incentives, and promotional communications projects, including print, electronic, special events, point of purchase, and direct mail, to fulfil mentioned aspects of the marketing plan.
- Processing and presentation of samples and advertising tools, etc.; Making design for promo materials (prints, banners, flyers, agendas, calendars, etc.);Responsible for the storage and hand-over of promo materials to the beneficiaries and/ or other third parties;
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- University degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field;
- Work experience in marketing/advertising or other similar field: >5 years (international experience or multinational environment experience would be an advantage);
- Fluent in English, Romanian, Russian;
- Computer literate (min. Microsoft Office, SAP, Photoshop).
- Innovative, initiative, self-motivated;
- Personal organization and time management skills, including multi-tasking ability;
- Creative problem solver;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Proven ability to successfully supervise other involved parties;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Adaptability to new situations and readiness to take responsible risks.
