To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Expert to help us find the best possible flight options in the shortest possible time range.
About the role
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of your team, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain the highest standards of client service. You will act as a bridge between management and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and operational support while actively contributing to business results.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor in a similar Industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, closing techniques, and customer retention
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
- Confident PC user and familiarity with airline booking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, result-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Travel Consultants
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
- Coach, mentor, and train consultants to improve sales skills and service quality
- Support consultants with complex itineraries, negotiations, and escalated client cases
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality guidelines
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Communicate updates regarding airline policies, pricing, and promotions to the team
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and improve results
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions
