Alpine Perfect Water Technologies helps families in South Florida enjoy safe, healthy water right from their taps. We design, sell, and install high‑quality home water filtration systems, focusing on education, trust, and long‑term customer relationships.
We’re now looking for a Sales Director (Home Services, Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership) who lives and breathes funnels, KPIs, and high‑performing teams. This is a 100% remote, full-time contractor role for someone with proven experience leading both sales and marketing execution in home services or similarly lead‑gen heavy industries.
You will own and drive the entire customer acquisition and revenue engine — managing marketing execution, sales performance, and customer experience together as one ecosystem.

Your success will be measured by:
- Lead conversion rates improving monthly
- Consistent performance across marketing, booking, and sales teams
- Clean data, strong accountability, and zero lead waste
- Customer satisfaction and retention metrics trending upward
What You’ll Do (Daily & Weekly)
Leadership & Accountability
- Run daily morning check-ins with Sales, Booking, and Marketing teams — energize the team, set targets, and track numbers.
- Ensure every team member is crystal clear on their KPIs, daily goals, and expectations.
- Conduct weekly reviews of key performance metrics (closing %, speed to lead, CPA, retention, etc.).
Sales Execution & Coaching
- (There will be a Chief Coach working alongside you: in-person training with the sales team 2x/week + Zoom coaching on the other days.)
- Listen to rep and booking calls (with AI assist), coach and correct performance daily.
- Support new and existing reps in ramping up, enforcing discipline, and following up consistently.
- Monitor the sales funnel end-to-end to ensure no leads slip through the cracks.
Marketing Management
- (There will be a Chief Marketing leader next to you to advise and set goals, plus a PM to execute day to day.)
- Oversee ad performance, campaign quality, and messaging consistency.
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Develop and test new marketing channels (affiliate, partnerships, contractors, etc.).
Customer Experience
- Track customer feedback, NPS, and post-install follow-up.
- Identify pain points and launch fixes in collaboration with operations.
- Continuously improve satisfaction, retention, and referral systems.
- Skills & Qualifications

- Have proven experience leading sales + marketing teams (preferably in service, home improvement, or lead‑gen heavy industries).
- Are obsessed with data and KPIs — you track, measure, and optimize everything.
- Are not just strategic — you’re willing to get in the trenches when needed.
- Have deep understanding of funnels, CRMs, and performance marketing.
- Know how to motivate people — you don’t just manage, you lead.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written).
- Are comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours.
