Sales Assistant (Agent Vinzari)

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in daily operations, customer communication, and sales coordination. This role ensures smooth execution of truck and trailer sales, accurate data management, and timely follow-ups, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth for R1 Trailers.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data.
• Conduct cold calls (70–100 calls per day).
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Post trucks, trailers, and related equipment for sale on multiple platforms and manage inquiries.
• Schedule meetings and support product presentations.
• Prepare basic sales reports and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Romanian, Russian.
• Experience with CRM systems and office tools (Google Workspace, QuickBooks).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of the trucking or trailer industry is a plus.
