B2B fashion distribution company seeking:

Sales Account Manager

Originated in Italy, Fashiondealer is a distributor of premium and luxury brands to some of the world's largest online retailers.

We are looking for resourceful Sales candidates to join our team based in Chisinau. In the role of Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for managing our international B2B accounts through: developing business with new and existing customers, preparing commercial offers, managing incoming orders, monitoring deliveries and customer payments.

We are looking for candidates with strong written communication skills (business English).
This role does not require cold calling activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect and approach new customers
  • Prepare the offers, negotiate terms and close the deals
  • Manage received orders, monitor shipments and customer payment
  • Provide proactive customer support, handle inquiries & complaints
  • Exploit, learn and be able to present product features, benefits and customer value
  • Report sales results to management

Skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience with client relationship / account management
  • Analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Organized, sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Self-confident, self-motivated with advanced interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent English writing and verbal, experience with written business communication

Working schedule: 9am – 6pm.
Location: you are required to be in the office for the onboarding; hybrid schedule possible.
