Safety Specialist (US Company)

The ideal candidate has experience in all the aspects of Safety of a trucking company and is confident in handling responsibilities independently while helping support and strengthen daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Safety and Compliance
• Advanced English level
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Initiative, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Desire to contribute to a growing and evolving company

Responsibilities:

• Monitor FMCSA / SMS scores
• Handle DataQ, MCS-150, UCR, SCAC
• Manage permits (NY, KY, OR ,NM, CA)
• Manage IRP registrations/renewal
• Oversee Drug & Alcohol program, Clearinghouse, MVR, PSP
• Work with Samsara, ELD Systems
• Manage Tolls / PrePass, HUT-2290
• Maintain DQ files, track documents expirations
• Maintain Truck Folders
