Job Description:
- Transaction Monitoring – general knowledge and understanding of the process;
- Risk based monitoring and analysis of transactions: deep analysis of high amount of data;
- Risk assessment of the company’s projects;
- Understanding of Schemes rules and requirements (Mastercard, Visa, etc);
- Reporting trends and data to senior management;
- Creating and understanding of specific requirements for clients;
- Chargebacks, refunds and recalls understanding.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must;
- Good team player and stress-resistance skills;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Understanding or experience in Banking and Payments is desired;
