Recruiter International Truck-Drivers
Will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
- Active recruiting Ukrainian international truck-drivers;
- Recruiting through social media and traditional ways;
- Promoting employer and truck-driver jobs on routes;
- Involvement in recruitment campaigns like billboard, job-websites;
- Registration and interviews applicants (new drivers) follow-up on them;
- Handles paperwork for all drivers, like visa, passport, drivers license, etc.;
- Put paperwork in digital format in computer systems;
- Follow up on progress in training English and driving school;
- Work close together in Boekestijn Drivers Academy with English teachers;
- Registration and dealing with work contract of employees;
Person Specification:
- Very good communication skills in the English language (level C1)
- Communication skills in Ukrainian language (level C3)
- Good working with computers program
- High education
- Possess good administrative experience
- Desirable to have experience in Human Resource/recruitment / job-agencies
- Desirable to have experience in an international working environment
- Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
