Projects Management Specialist

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Projects Management Specialist to work with our International Partners.

As Projects Management Specialist, your role is to support (with the below tasks and duties) the Project Managers in the Business Sales Operations and Customer Service Operations during the Sales Operations and Delivery Phase.

what you will be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide support during different project management stages
• Participate in scoping, supervising testing completion and success, keeping relevant and accurate documentation about the project, coordinating training plan and agent knowledge
• Update the database of existing valid contracts with all customer data
• Data entry of the Order forms into processing and storage tool
• Data processing, adjustments and corrections (all kinds of system errors corrections and processing, profile adjustments)
• Contribute to designing of customer journey

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of telecommunication sector is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office MS Excel and MS Project
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Customer oriented and reliable person
• Ability to interact and work well with other groups in a project team
• Have excellent written, reading, comprehension and communication skills in English
