Process Designer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Process Designer to collaborate with our International Partner.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing support processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop support workflows in collaboration with telco experts
• Optimize and adjust existing processes
• Create clear and concise visual work instructions
• Ensure that developed workflows are properly tested and validated, developing automations in Java
• Evaluate tickets, requests, and feedback during upcoming SCRUM sprints

What we are looking for:

• An analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate future needs
• Advanced English communication skills (German or French is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, eDraw, or other process design tools (an advantage)
• Familiarity with scripting/programming language (Java/Groovy)
• Developing automations in Java
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively
