OPPO Smartphone Software Test Engineer

Job Definition

Executing smartphone test cases according to project requirement, performing drive or field tests
Performing functional, performance and compatibility tests for smartphones
Reporting bugs, reproducing and capturing logs for R&D department, creating bug ticket in the bug tracking system and following it
Communicating with R&D engineers for the open bug tickets and issues
Communicating with Operators
Investigating issues reported by after sales team
Proactive communication awareness with good teamwork spirit, and ability of working carefully and conscientiously

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication or other relevant majors from a reputable university
Experience in smartphone testing, field testing or third-party mobile application testing
Good knowledge of telecommunication networks, GSM/UMTS/LTE infrastructure
Good technical knowledge of Android smartphones and configurations
Good knowledge of local telecom operators, experience in operator testing is a plus
Experience in bug management systems
Quick learner, having good communication skills, good team member
Self-motivated and good at planning, time management, can work under pressure
Good command of English
Minimum of two years and up to five years of work experience (Outstanding fresh graduates acceptable)
Not older than twenty-eight years old
Having driving license is a plus
Speaking Chinese is a plus
