Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for test planning, test design, and execution, while also supporting project managers with accurate testing estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test sets, and test plans using Xray
• Review and validate requirements to ensure test coverage and understanding
• Perform manual testing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Investigate and analyze clientreported issues, ensuring clear reproduction steps and root cause understanding
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation and acceptance criteria
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Solid knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of BDD principles and Gherkin syntax
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, Docker, and SoapUI
• Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is considered a plus.
