Key Account Manager (Corporate & Property Insurance)

We are seeking a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to directly impact our company's performance by coordinating and growing our corporate property insurance portfolio. This role blends strong technical risk evaluation with a dynamic commercial approach—identifying business opportunities and strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Development: Identify new growth opportunities and expand the corporate and property insurance segment (buildings, equipment, inventory, and industrial risks).
• Client Advisory & Negotiation: Analyze client needs, propose customized insurance solutions, and negotiate commercial terms within approved mandates.
• Relationship Management: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the portfolio.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop periodic reports regarding portfolio performance, profitability, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products (industrial risks, corporate assets, etc.).
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of underwriting processes, risk assessment, and relevant insurance/reinsurance legal frameworks.
• Education: University degree (Insurance, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Appraisal is a strong advantage).
• Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Romanian and Russian; knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
