Your Role
As a Paralegal Assistant, you'll support a portfolio of U.S. litigation cases from behind the scenes - tracking deadlines, organizing documents, and helping attorneys stay on top of every case as it moves toward resolution.
You don't need to come in already knowing U.S. law - we train you from A to Z. What matters most is curiosity: ask as many questions as you can during induction training, and we'll help you build the rest from there.

What You'll Do

• Assist with discovery tasks — collecting client documents, organizing responses, and helping prepare materials for attorney review
• Prepare first drafts of routine documents, such as status updates, under guidance from more senior team members
• Communicate with clients on straightforward procedural updates and document requests, with support available for more complex conversations
• Maintain case files and trackers, keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date
• Conduct basic legal and procedural research as directed, building toward more independent research over time
• Flag anything unclear or urgent to your supervising attorney or senior case managers rather than guessing

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn legal and procedural concepts; no prior litigation experience required
• Recent graduates or law background a plus, but not required
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive salary: Starting from $800/month during the first 3 months, increasing to $1,200+/month afterward.
