IT Data Analytics Specialist

Role Purpose:

• Develop and deliver BI & analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
• Help the business use data to improve efficiency and increase revenue.
• Establish and support data governance, policies, and effective data use across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the product roadmap aligned with business goals and data strategy.
• Define product requirements, user scenarios, and success criteria.
• Manage relationships with data solution providers.
• Work with HQ to assess current data capabilities and identify needs.
• Support HQ in defining data architecture based on local requirements.
• Evaluating, integrating, and managing relationships with data solution providers.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Experience in applied data science, analytics, or Machine learning.
• Knowledge of the business practices and BI&Analytics technical processes.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Excel (advanced level), Power Pivot, Power Query.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Python language, CRM Experience, ERP SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience maintaining and deploying virtual machines.
• Experience with building and delivering successful data products, services, and capabilities.
• Demonstrated Project management skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Strong communication, presentation & leadership skills.
• Strong customer focus.
