We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team.

As an Independent Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing the entire freight cycle - from sourcing clients to negotiating rates, booking carriers, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new shippers across the U.S. and Canada
• Identify reliable carriers and build strong transportation partnerships
• Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers
• Manage the full freight cycle – from quoting to final delivery
• Track loads and manage delivery schedules
• Maintain strong relationships with all parties throughout the process
• Resolve issues related to transportation, customer concerns, delays

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Freight Brokerage
• Active network of shippers from the US and Canada (book of business)
• Proficient with load boards and TMS
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
