Job Description:

  • Assist in coordinating the project with the clients and other involved parties;
  • Be responsible for project tracking and updating relevant documentation, checklists, etc.;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs and issues to achieve satisfaction;
  • Be in direct contact with the client (by email, phone, etc.) and communicate with them daily;
  • Work with foreign companies.

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Management is often preferred.
  • Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management and tools to assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects efficiently. Experience in a relevant position will be your advantage
  • Communication Skills: Advanced English level and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication with team members, clients, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure accurate implementation of projects.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during implementation and find effective solutions.
  • Technical Ability: A basic understanding of financial technology will be a huge advantage
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time to meet project deadlines and multi-task simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in project scope or requirements.
  • Documentation skills: Ability to create and maintain project documentation by corporate requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Support: Ensuring the quality of project deliverables by applying appropriate measures and delivering the desired outcome to stakeholders.
