Home Internet & TV Product Expert

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Home Internet & TV Product Expert.
The objective of the job is actively managing & evolving the TV Interactive service across multiple distribution platforms.

• manage the new TV Interactive service across multiple platforms
• actively participate in the analysis, description & planning of the TV product’s evolution
• design business & technical specifications to achieve goals defined by the Product Owner
• deploy updates for TV apps on various platforms
• analyze key metrics & user feedback to make data-driver decisions
• continuously improve the Internet & TV product
• collaborate with all stakeholders to meet the customer expectations
• monitor industry trends & conduct competitor analyses
• collaborate using tools such as Jira/Confluence, Figma & others

required knowledge and experience:

• background in business or engineering with understanding of IT & telecom technologies
• excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• innovative mindset with a “no-barriers” approach to problem solving
• preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom or IT
• preferred experience in Project or Product development
• proficiency in both Romanian & English
