At the moment we are looking for an active Driver Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment activities: develop and execute recruiting strategies, and place drivers where needed in accordance with the company expectations. The main goal of a recruiter is to attract drivers for employment in the USA.
- Good level of English;
- Experience with driver recruitment platforms;
- Create advertisements through social media and online job boards and platforms;
- Actively source and manage driver leads via social media, e-mail, inbound and outbound calls, and other databases;
- Research, plan, and organize new recruiting techniques to keep up with and stay ahead of industry trends;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Truck driver recruiting experience.
