Your responsibilities:
• Analyze portfolio performance, client needs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize products, services, and client journeys for micro business clients.
• Improve processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor key business indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, marketing, and IT teams to successfully deliver initiatives.
