Head of Export Department
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Participates in the development of the Company’s Export Strategy;
- Participates in the development of the Export Pricing Policy;
- Proposes the policy for registration of the Company’s trademarks for export;
- Proposes measures to improve the efficiency of export operations;
- Ensures that export activities are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation.
Client Search Process:
- Identifies the most effective tools for attracting new clients;
- Organizes and participates in international exhibitions / forums / missions, etc.;
- Organizes and conducts market prospecting activities, analyzes competitors and their offers.
- Client Management Process:
- Develops and implements a system for working with new and existing clients;
- Prepares and negotiates sales and purchase contracts;
- Monitors clients’ compliance with contractual obligations;
- Forecasts and plans production for export.
Marketing Process:
- Coordinates promotional actions/campaigns with existing clients;
- Analyzes export sales by product range and submits proposals for changes to the product assortment policy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Law (tax and customs);
- Work experience in the field – minimum 2 years;
Language Skills:
- Romanian – advanced level
- Russian – advanced level
- English – advanced level
