Freight Broker Sales Representative (Agent Vinzari)

We are a resident company of IT Park Moldova, operating according to its standards and best practices.
We're looking for a Freight Broker Sales Representative to join our team in Chisinau to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

- Salary range: 14000 lei up to 45000 lei (14000 lei flat + commission)
- Working hours: Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
- Make Outbound Calls to Obtain New Business and to Move Freight for Existing Customers
- Negotiate Rates
- Track Shipments and Provide Updates to the Customer
- Generate Business Leads
- Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Understanding of the logistics sector
- Effective Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English (B2-C1).
