Financial Manager

Moore Stephens KSC is currently looking for a Financial Manager (reallocation in Constanta), on behalf of our client, one of the biggest international energetic company.

The Financial Manager will be in charge of the following key activities:

• Ensure supervision of accounting bookkeeping entries, verification of accounting output: monthly trial balance, journals, tax returns, payroll etc;
• Develop short term and long term cash flow projections, arranging necessary currency exchange negotiations, in accordance with the company’s and Group internal regulations;
• Coordinate the budgeting and planning activities;
• Development of the annual operational model and impairment mode as required by the Group
• Supervise and manage the EBRD project financing;
• Prepare the required financial reports for public authorities, weekly operational reports and monthly management reports, supervise the activities related to Group IFRS reporting
• Insure implementation of Group requirements in respect to CFC legislation, preparation of forms required by the Group;
• Collaborate effectively with other Group departments (e.g. legal,tax, accounting, treasury)
• Manage the communication with central and local tax authorities, external providers and consultants,bank institutions, Group Project Financing Department, financial auditors;
• Represent the company in the relationship with legal or natural entities and public authorities, during business meetings, professional reunions, upon request of General Director;
• Responsible in proposing measures for optimization of costs and revenues, signalize any potential risks identified and proposing options/solutions for mitigation;

You will be successful in this position, if you:

• Have more than 5 years’ experience in Financial/Accounting field;
• Have knowledge of and compliance with the legal Romanian framework related to the activity domain;
• Know English,Russian and Romanian at advanced level
• Are willing to reallocate in Constanta
