English Market - Call Center Representative
Outbound calls performance:
- Cold calling, telemarketing campaigns;
- Data base actualization;
- Lead generation processes;
- Appointment settings
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- 2nd foreign language possessed will represent an advantage;
- Previous experience in this field will represent an advantage;
- Strong computer skills required (Browser, Email, Skype, Office Applications);
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
- Team player, dynamic and with initiative
