Responsibilities:

• You will coordinate activities related to customer requests for specific service
• You will organize and plan the workflow and delegate responsibilities to the respective departments
• Coordination with the testing department and responsibility for keeping records of the verification file
• Responsibility to analyze and improve internal activities
• You will establish and maintain relationships with clients and create reports for them
• Coordination and incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters)
• You will collaborate with the operational and financial department

Qualifications Required:

• University degree is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(B2+)
• Experience in this field would be a plus
• Confident, very good communication skills, persuasive power
• Responsibility, self-organization and willingness to work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
