Every day, hundreds of companies, including Uber, AWS, WeWork and SAP to name just a few, use our platform to make data-driven decisions and grow their business safely.
About the role:
We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end. If you’re interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote company offerings through email;
- Ensure that email marketing works in coherence with other marketing channels;
- Build and grow email subscriber lists organically;
- Delivery of quality, high value leads to the sales organisation;
- Working with Telesales and Sales team to schedule in follow up to email campaigns when required;
- Using analytics tools to report findings and improvements on all email campaigns;
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts;
- Design and manage targeted email campaigns comprising of customer retention and lead acquisition campaigns;
- Identify target audience and segmenting mailing lists for targeted email campaigns using existing information on customer behaviour.
- Strong IT skills;
- Excellent overall writing skills;
- Great research, organizational and learning skills;
- Impeccable spelling and grammar (Advanced English/ Romanian are mandatory);
- A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
