ELD / Logbook Specialist

Let’s Dispatch is looking for a Logbook Specialist to join our growing logistics team focused on the US trucking market.
This position is office-based and cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring HOS compliance and performing daily log audits (RODS)
• Working with ELD systems
• Route planning with HOS regulations in mind

Communicating with drivers regarding:

• Breaks and log certification reminders
• ELD support and training while on the road
• Assistance during roadside inspections
• Explanation of PC/YM policies and violation consequences
• Recording driver communication and coordinating with the dispatch department
• Maintaining DOT/audit readiness

Managing document flow and data storage:

• Archiving logs, ELD events, inspections, and correspondence
• Preparing weekly and monthly HOS violation reports

Requirements:

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
• Fluent Russian
• Strong communication and document management skills
• Ability to react quickly and make effective decisions
• Experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a plus
