APL Solutions is a US-based trucking company growing its recruiting team in Chișinău. We move real freight across the US — and we're looking for driven Driver Recruiters who know how to connect with people, sell an opportunity, and close drivers. As an official IT Park resident, we employ you legally and your salary lands in your account in full, with no deductions.

What you'll do

• Source and headhunt CDL drivers and owner-operators for our US fleet — job boards, social media, referrals, and your own network
• Make high-volume outbound calls and respond fast to inbound leads (speed wins deals)
• Sell the opportunity: build rapport, handle objections, and close drivers
• Guide drivers through the full hiring process — collect and verify required documents
• Work closely with our safety and dispatch teams to get drivers processed quickly
• Keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups consistent

What we're looking for

• Excellent, fluent English (C1–C2), spoken and written — you'll be on the phone with American drivers all day, so a clear, natural phone presence is essential
• Strong sales, communication, and closing skills — persistent and confident on the phone
• Highly organized, with solid follow-up discipline
• Comfortable with CRM and computer tools
• Knowledge of US trucking (CDL, DOT, HOS, LTO, owner-operators) or a background in recruiting/sales is a plus — but if you've got the right mindset, we'll train you

Compensation

• Payment 1500$ + bonus 250$ for every new driver
• No cap — the more drivers you bring in, the more you earn

Schedule & location

• Full-time, on-site in Chișinău
• US business hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday (overlap with US drivers)
