Digital Marketing Expert

Orange Moldova are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who will become part of the Business Product Owning team responsible for My Orange digital channels.

• define and follow impact of My Orange App & Web within other projects and offers from the company. Evaluate business processes and anticipate requirements in projects development
• understand business and customer priorities and technical feasibility to help Product Owner to prioritize and deliver product backlog
• create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications and enrich User Stories with all necessary details for My Orange app and Web
• participate to Agile ceremonies backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• responsible for content creation and for content management on all (test, production) platforms
• monitor metrics (KPIs) and customer satisfaction for My Orange App & Web
• provides clarifications during the User Acceptance Tests, revise Test Case and validates the TestBook
• provides overall coordination between various stakeholders and development teams

• analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and in-app journey would be a plus
• practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• knowledge in Telco Products & Services
• proficiency in Romanian and English
