At TVA Logistics, we keep things moving and our Insurance Department plays a key role in making sure every shipment, vehicle, and operation is properly covered and documented. We're a team that values precision, reliability, and a good working atmosphere.
We're looking for a motivated Data Entry Specialist to join us and help keep our insurance records accurate, complete, and always up to date.

What You'll Be Doing
• Accurately entering and maintaining insurance-related data, policies, and documentation
• Processing and tracking insurance claims, renewals, and coverage records
• Supporting the Insurance Department with reporting and administrative tasks
• Cross-checking entries to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Communicating with internal teams and, when needed, insurance providers to gather or verify information

What We're Looking For
• Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is everything in this role
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• An organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Good communication skills
• English level B2
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or insurance is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!

• Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
