Customer Support Representative
Retently, a successful business with offices in Chisinau, Moldova and San Francisco, USA is looking to expand its team by hiring a Customer Support Representative to join us.
You would be working to provide support to trial as well as existing customers, helping them to fully benefit of Retently’s product, and maintain high customer satisfaction, taking the extra mile to improve their experience.
- Respond to prospects and customers inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- Follow up and engage inactive customers
- Analyze customer behavior and product usage
- Onboard new customers via demo and setup calls
- Experience in customer support and/or web products sales
- Experience using SaaS products
- Experience using APP platforms and web applications
- Basic internet skills such as sending email messages in Gmail, working with spreadsheets, and knowledge of basic terminology
- Speaking English fluently is a must
