- Managing customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone;
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
- Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Good time management and multitasking skills;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus;
