Customer Support Agent
About the Client:
One of our international clients is seeking a Customer Support Agent for a European e-commerce business of cleaning solvent products.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer emails.
- Ensuring orders are shipped and paid.
- Tracking packages.
- Writing professional responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German, English, French, and Portuguese.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full time from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Portuguese.
