Customer Support Agent | English and Spanish
Roslin is looking for a Customer Support Agent.
No cold calls, no sales, existing customers only.

Job: process incoming calls, register orders, and coordinate service delivery.
1-hour lunch break, 2 days off each week.
Pay: We will beat any Advertised Salary of our competitors in the same sector!
Official employment. Full social package.
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Spanish;
- Proficiency in a language other than English and Spanish is a great advantage! (for example Russian, Georgian, Chinese, or Korean)
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills;
- Stress resistance, conflict resolution, and problem-solving;
- Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality;
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching;
- User-level computer literacy.

- Flexible shifts available:
- Morning shift: 07:00–16:00
- Day shift: 13:00–22:00
- Student shift: 16:00–01:00
- Night shift: 22:00–07:00
