Customer Service USA market (Shift - at 2:30 PM til 11:00PM)

“Viatel” is a multi-service contact center, offering a wide range of services since 2012 both nationally and internationally with primary clients.

Now we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who will be working directly with SUA customers over the phone.

 Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and filling in the database
• Taking and processing customer’s requests
• Redirecting calls to the relevant department (dispatch, prepay, etc.) 

Requirements: 

•  High school degree or equivalent (preferred)
•  Fluent English is a MUST! 
•  Great verbal, spelling, and writing skills 
•  Great attention to detail Responsibility & adaptability
