Due to our client’s business expansion, we are currently looking to fill out the position of Customer Care Specialist.

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for processing and preparation of specialized reports for the needs of internal and external B2B customers and adjusting databases according to their needs.

  • Data input into a specialized database management system in accordance with clients' inquiries.
  • Placing clients’ orders in specialized databases.
  • Processing clients’ requests and complaints in specialized databases.
  • Analyzing and structuring clients’ information with help of specialized databases.
  • Providing Company clients with all necessary information about services, prices, procedures, and discounts.
