Corporate Finance and Strategy Lead

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Corporate Finance and Strategy Lead, in the Finance Team.
The objective of the job is to manage financial assets and ensure optimal liquidity of the company.

what you will be doing:

• building and maintaining cash flow forecasts that keep leadership one step ahead on liquidity
• managing FX risk exposure and supporting the company's hedging strategy
• coordinating dividend planning and ensuring capital distributions run like clockwork
• acting as the operational link with our banking partners and keeping full oversight of our financing contracts, covenants, and renewal timelines
• tracking the competitive landscape — monitoring what our competitors are doing financially and strategically, and translating that into actionable insight
• preparing high-quality materials that land on the CFO's and Board's desks

what we are looking for a candidate with:

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, or strategy — ideally in a fast-moving sector
• A strong financial modeller who is equally comfortable reading a market and telling a story with data
• someone who takes ownership end-to-end and does not wait to be told what to do next
• solid understanding of FX risk, financing structures, and banking relationships
• telecom or regulated industry background is an advantage, not a requirement
