In this role you will:
- Manage, assess, select, and organize all transportation-related documents.
- Complete any missing documents for outstanding orders.
- Send original documents by mail upon request or provide scanned originals via email.
- Establish a well-organized document archiving system suitable for a broad range of users.
- Ensure effective communication, both verbally and in writing, within the department and with external parties.
- Guarantee the accuracy and timely delivery of data and files.
- Provide support to group subsidiaries.
- Act as a backup for team members.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports.
- Familiarize and comply with ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.

In this role you will:
- Examine and analyze financial information;
- Present findings (written and verbal) to senior management and Directors;
- Support business profitability and growth through findings and recommendations;
- Prepare month-end and year-end reports, balance sheets;
- Cash flow management;
- Analyze current accounting systems, making suggestions for enhancements where needed;
- Ensure the business follows all required legislation;
- Prepare and submit VAT returns;
- Liaise with external auditors;

Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Accounting or related field;
- 5 years of experience in accounting/finance role;
- Strong knowledge of tax law and labor law;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Proficiency in 1C ver.8.3;

- Investigate deviations in data between truck on-board computers and financial records;
