Cold Call Agent for Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, is capable of making 200-300 calls per day, generating 5 leads weekly. This position requires excellent English communication skills and preference will be given to candidates who have lived or worked in the USA. We are looking for a dedicated professional interested in a long-term relationship (2-4 years) with a base salary plus attractive bonuses up to $5,000 based on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 200-300 cold calls daily to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and generate interest in our real estate services.
• Schedule appointments for sales agents.
• Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and client information.
• Achieve weekly KPI of generating at least 5 qualified leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and lead generation targets.
• Prior experience living or working in the USA is preferred.
• Exceptional English language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
